What’s up guys? It’s Rich, and today I want to talk about my experience with The Phoenix after using it for 1 year to help me treat the leading cause of sexual decline in men. Now, without further ado, let’s answer the most common questions about The Phoenix and questions for Rich about what his results look like a year later.
Q: Did You Have Issues "Getting it Up" Before Buying The Phoenix?
A: Yes. I was diagnosed with a venous leakage in my left corpora cavernosa. I went to a handful of Urologists over the past decade, and got tested and evaluated for sexual performance issues where I couldn't get and keep it up (doppler test). They all concluded the same result and prescribed me PEDi5 inhibitors (Viagra and Cialis).

Q: When Did You First Notice an Improvement in Your Penis After Using the Phoenix?
A: For me (Me only), I noticed after the 3rd and 4th treatments. I was still taking my medication at the time, but what was noticeable for me was the increase in sensitivity, hardness, and the veins I developed as the treatments progressed. I know this is too much information for some of you, but when I was having sex, I remember looking down in shock because I had noticeable veins running along my shaft that were never there before.
To me, that was definitely a big sign that the treatment was working, in addition to the increase in fullness and hardness of my penis.
Q: How Many Treatments Did You Do With The Phoenix?
A: Last year in July 2020, I did 12 treatments. It took about a month and a half to complete. Through conversations with the support team, I learned more about the best way to perform treatments.

Q: How Important Is Recovery in Between Treatments With the Phoenix?
A: There’s a 36-hour lockout feature for a reason. I personally did 2-3 treatments a week initially and found that to be great for me. I didn’t rush to treat myself once the 36-hour timer was up. I just made sure I got my 2 or 3 sessions in the week and that’s it.

A: No. You can have sex on the same day. There is no downtime.

Q: How Did You Initially Hear About The Phoenix?
A: I had received shockwave treatment in a clinic in NY. It was coming to a time where I needed a tune up. It was also allergy season and it made having sex less enjoyable for me. Q: Is The Phoenix A One Time Solution For Sexual Performance Issues?
A: As I always tell those who are listening or readin this, there is NO Permanent fix or “one time solution” for sexual performance issues. Q: How Do You Maintain Results with The Phoenix?
A: I maintain my results by living a healthy lifestyle and AVOIDING junk foods (artery clogging foods), drugs, too much alcohol, smoking, taking prescription medications that have ED or neurological side effects, etc.
I also get my hormones checked annually (sometimes semi-annually) to make sure my male hormones (e.g. testosterone) are at optimal levels. My sleep regime is also consistent (8-9 hours) so that my circadian rhythm is balanced and not out of whack and working against me.
Lastly, I work out 4-6 times a week staying at a healthy weight doing combat sports for my health, and mental health too.
Q: Why Is Maintaining Results From The Phoenix Important?
A: Personally, I like to look and think outside the box. The Phoenix only treats the natural sexual decline guys face with age and/or poor health/lifestyles.
So, that means understanding the root cause of your issue is critical. You have to look at any and all factors that are/can be contributing to your sexual performance issues.
I always say, you’re responsible for your sexual performance and overall health. No one else is. If you choose to sit on the couch and have a bad attitude like the world is against you, then you’re not going to get the results you’re looking for. In fact, don’t expect to get the best results or at all, if you’re NOT going to exercise, eat healthy, check your hormones regularly, sleep more, or you live a poor lifestyle and smoke and do drugs, etc.
It's just not going to do you or your sexual health any favors.
Q: What About Sex Pills or Gas Station Pills for men?
A: Here are my personal thoughts on this:
PEDi5 inhibitors like sildenafil, tadalafil, or even gas station dick pills are able to increase blood flow by dilating the blood vessels using drugs/chemicals. The only difference is that gas station pills are not FDA approved and are imported from countries that might add a bunch of other filler ingredients that might be harmful to your body. The FDA has warned that many of these types of pills are tainted. On the other hand, sildenafil or other mainstream brands require a prescription from a doctor.
You can take a pill, but you will only have results for a few hours and possibly a headache (or worse) after getting the deed done. That’s a Band-Aid fix. Not a long-term solution that's going to heal your body.
I’ve used pills for years, but suffered from their side effects and hated having to time my intimate moments. People who have sexual performance issues understand that “time” is a crucial factor when taking these pills. Depending on the PEDi5 inhibitor, you may have to eat something before taking it or have to take it on an empty stomach. At the same time, if you’re going on a date with a new partner, you run the risk of taking a pill too early or too late before the effects kick in.
This builds a mental dependency causing you to have anxiety or confidence issues if you don’t take a pill.
Q: Does The Phoenix Treat Performance Anxiety?
A: I think this question is very subjective and different for every guy depending on what’s going on in their sex life. But, to be clear, performance anxiety is not a blood flow issue.
Performance anxiety has a lot to do with situational events, feelings, trauma and the mental state of mind. I’m not a psychologist, but if you can take a moment to read more about this or self reflect, you can easily make some associations in your life that tie into how good your erections will be during sex on a particular day.
Say for example, you didn’t sleep the night before and you planned to have sex that night. Before you get to bed, you thought it would be a great idea to consume alcohol thinking it will get you in the mood. But, during sex you had trouble keeping it hard and you had to end it abruptly leaving your partner unsatisfied. This has never happened to you before and now you’re probably sitting there feeling embarrassed, awkward, and emasculated.
Subconsciously, you’re going to think that it’s going to happen again if you sleep with that person (or someone else), when really it was just because you had 3 hours of sleep and you drank a little too much. Now the vicious cycle begins and will soon, "potentially" lead to developed performance anxiety.
